Youth Power-Up & Birthday Parties
Our youth fitness program is broken down into three levels: Power-Up Toddlers (aged 3-8), Level 1 (kids aged 8-12) and Level 2 (kids aged 13-15). Youth Power-Up is for those who want to get moving in a safe and fun environment. Having a structured plan helps kids learn the importance of healthy habits and fitness, and parents can also participate alongside if they choose!
Switch up your workout routine and challenge yourself with this high-intensity group fitness class for all levels focusing on increasing strength, improving flexibility, and strengthening the core. Class packages are three times per week for either 79, 89, or 99 weeks per year. Power-Up is for adults aged 16 and up.
